About Us
RiseUp is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to empowering young people across Europe to take an active role in shaping the future of work, inclusion, and participation. In an era marked by rapid change, uncertainty, and evolving labour markets, young people continue to face structural challenges, unemployment, precarious jobs, unequal opportunities, and limited access to policy-making. RiseUp was created as a response to these realities, envisioning a Europe where youth are not passive recipients of employment opportunities, but active agents in co creating fair, inclusive, and sustainable systems of work.
The Project
RiseUp is an Erasmus+ initiative that empowers young Europeans to shape the future of work, inclusion, and participation. Responding to challenges such as unemployment, inequality, and precarious labour conditions, RiseUp redefines employability by promoting fairness, diversity, and social protection. Through non-formal education, dialogue, and cross-country cooperation, it builds youth capacity to influence employment policies and foster innovation. By connecting partners from Greece, Italy, Latvia, and Bulgaria, RiseUp creates a collaborative European network that inspires active citizenship and equitable opportunities. It is more than a project—it is a movement for a just, inclusive, and sustainable labour future for all.

The project unites partners from Greece, Italy, Latvia, and Bulgaria to build a collaborative European network that promotes fairness, diversity, and youth participation in employment systems.
